On Tuesday, Sept. 26, Eastern Oklahoma State College hosted its first-ever Mountaineer Meet & Greet at the C.C. Dunlap Fieldhouse. Guests and students had an opportunity to meet and receive autographs from the players, coaches and judgers on all of Eastern’s competitive teams.
Free hotdogs were served at the concession stand, along with all toppings and condiments. Every team was introduced individually, and coaches and students introduced themselves and the team they represent.
The softball, baseball, cheer team, women’s basketball, men’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, meats judging, soils judging and livestock judging teams were all introduced. Attendees were entered for a chance to win two floor seats to see Parker McCollum on December 30th at the BOK center in Tulsa and other door prizes awarded to the ticket holders who had won the drawing.
